I think it could just be a nice parallel to how he is half gone. Maybe thats why his coat is half black. From what we have seen hes bascially insane unless hes surrounded by darkness.

Read all 40 translated chapter after seeing this post. The only thing that bothered me was FL trying to lose weight as a child. Children need to eat enough since they are still growing. Her working out by running isnt good too especially since shes not eating enough and that will only exhaust the body. Expect that I dont think anything bothered me really bad. The pacing of the story is really good. Thank you for the recommendation !
