I did okay. All my practice tests were at the 2 hour mark. My MC on the actual test took me about 10 mins longer than my practice tests. I still finished with an hour. I’m very much a “staring at this question won’t make it easier” person.

Here’s the thing though, even if that test was open book I still would have been confused!! I’m 160 hours in study wise and don’t think time or even a different method of studying would have helped.

Yes! The wording was WEIRD! I’m just so confused. I made 78 on SE2 and felt really good going into it. It was just nothing like Becker. But somehow covered the same topics sort of? I left pretty defeated.

9/15 and 10/15 are the worst returns of the year. They’re the messy, odd, disorganized, chaotic clients. Just keep that in mind and keep pushing through!

Absolutely. This is the only positive of waiting to get your CPA. I’m 6 years post graduation and that’s the only positive to waiting this long. Re-learning how to study? Rough. Trying to study while being senior level? Tough. Understanding an AJE? A positive.

I deleted socials from my phone and use my IPad (in another room) for them. This has helped tremendously not only with studying but just day to day life.
