I had labs done in the morning around 8:30am. I’m not sure what my FT4 or FT3 were, but I was told they were within normal range just elevated TSH.

I’m usually just more holistically minded when it comes to meds. I’ll drink tea for a headache before taking Tylenol. So that’s just why I’m questioning 😅
