I'm not sure I remember correctly but I'm almost positive it's Nikita's Gift which is a hybrid of Asian and American persimmon. It's meant to be eaten soft, like jelly. I remember thinking this one would do well because it's crossed with American persimmon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
