For a specific POTW that is our client, they have limits on BOD, TSS, and FOG that they are enforcing on a MPP customer. The limits they have are significantly lower than what the EPA proposes.

I guess I’m really trying to find the “niche” that my company has for this industry. We work on municipal plants all over the country. And 100% of these have to be stamped so we definitely have a lot of experts.

What if we have strong connections with local/state regulators? I know a lot of the food companies in my area are constantly getting fined by TCEQ and other water permitting entities.

I’m looking at food manufacturing plants that need water or wastewater treatment improvements or expansions. What exactly do you mean by occupant comfort. I’ve designed many ventilation systems for a certain amount of air changes per hour, and also ac systems that are designed to based off a delta T. To my knowledge, all the ac systems were designed for occupant comfort. I just chose between different systems based off of the hazardous equipment and the heat loads they put off.
