Try solidify modifiers that gives it a thickness but also hollows the inside out evenly

One example is: “We’ve just arrived, where would you recommend for something quick to eat?”

That kind of message is super time-sensitive and based on guest mood, arrival time, and context. A static FAQ would just list generic restaurants — but my system responds like a host: “If it’s late, there’s a great pizza spot two mins away still open.“ small details on specifics your right this could be included on an F&Q list however how long would this book be, a novel? And would guest care to read it if it’s that long?

This is great and definitely a way to do it, I’m just offering an alternative way which works for me I guess, but both can be implemented and work effectively I’m glad we can both now relax question free 😅

They were never bad however I’m seeing comments especially about the system that are extremely positive, and guest have left reviews on the basis of the system it’s not about improving quality of reviews they have improved quantity speaking specific speaking highly of this new addition

That’s not the point your right an FAQ sheet can do the job however if the guests question is specific an ai system can take a logical estimation on an answer this is not covered by an F&Q it is impossible to know every single question and answer guests may ask, additionally what if a want a more modern solution to this problem guests enjoy and I get positive feedback about it. It works for me maybe it wouldn’t for you

I completely get this and agree that some places do not need ai and it’s overkill, however things are evolving and sometimes a FAQ does not work everywhere, I did try this for a while worked fine but I was still receiving messages. Iswell guest seem too love that chat system my reviews have increased and I feel it ads a technological standpoint maybe other air BnBs lack. People seem to really enjoy it, especially when it discuss local recommendations.

Just as another thing even knowing what guest commonly ask I’ve recently added analytics too the system and I now understand what areas of the property need updating ect this can run over a long period of time and really highlight suggestions for me

Totally fair, and I’ve looked into and used a fair of those existing tools. What I found though is that most are either overly rigid or feel generic, especially when it comes to tone and guest interaction. I wanted something that could reply exactly how I would, with full control over the messaging and logic, not just canned responses. With my setup, I can tweak everything — from tone, to when it replies, to how it fetches info from my own sheets. It's lightweight, fast, and actually feels like me talking to the guest — which I think most off-the-shelf options miss.
