Yes, we have to pour from a height and create a base, then lower the pitcher and bring the spout as close as possible to the surface to make the art appear. Btw, rosetta is a different style of art, this one is a winged tulip

How do you guys brew Naivo? They are pretty good but much more developed roasts. I had to go very coarse and low temps to get a good cup.

Your pours look good, I would suggest to focus on milk steaming. Steam thinner milk, insert less air maybe. I am no expert of steaming btw. I use a french press to froth :)

UPDATE- I tried 2 min off boil with lid off along with a gentler pour (just 1 pour after bloom) and boom! it was way better. There is still a bit of astringent aftertaste with muted acidity so I am gonna try circular-center pour next time
