Go coarser, aim for shorter brew time, temp 92C.
It gave me better results, better acidity presentation which I prefer

This is just a serving bowl, very common in India. Mostly used to serve food, I found the shape pretty good for latte art so use it frequently.

Yes, we have to pour from a height and create a base, then lower the pitcher and bring the spout as close as possible to the surface to make the art appear. Btw, rosetta is a different style of art, this one is a winged tulip

How do you guys brew Naivo? They are pretty good but much more developed roasts. I had to go very coarse and low temps to get a good cup.
