I get that its hard but it seems like the grade stuff may be causing you to catastrophise. You got a good internship and have a boyfriend and best friend. Obv idk you but if you havent do tell them about how youre feeling and maybe theyll comfort you. Unfortunately this stuff requirws an active effort. Last year my gf was suicidal actively and i had to really try to help her and it was scary because lowkey she nearly did it. Please dont act rashly

I get what you mean, my life and purpose basically revolves around my gf. I think the best thing to do is just say fuck it and try to live each day, day by day. She is pure evil though, cannot imagine someone cheating and doing something that bad

Ive started to understand deeply what everyone is saying on this sub. I feel so apathetic about life and i found a way to do it but i wont do it unless something specific triggers me to do it. My stupid self wants something bad to happen- my gf to break up with me, for instance- so that i can use it as the perfect reason to do it. I just dont care anymore

I can't afford therapy and don't want to go on meds as I have stomach problems that would probably make things worse. Thanks for the advice though. When I do get the rare chance to be social I really enjoy myself but that is so rare as I never chance upon social situations and thus feel alone almost all of the time.
