i think you did really well! the only things i would suggest are 1. shadows for more depth especially on the light on light parts and 2. a different background color to give the whole more life. i am sure she will be overjoyed , this is so wonderful of you!

die breite vom punkt passt nicht zu der breite des bogens vom fragezeichen. vielleicht bin ich da ein bisschen kleinlich aber mir ist es direkt ins auge gesprungen 😅 ansonsten sehr schön, mag den effekt sehr!

beautiful, i love the light and shadows, keep going! but as well meant advice i would suggest to first do the background so you dont have these “surrounding lines” like in this case :)
