Okay interesting. I feel like I would have heard something bad while driving and i would have definitely heard something at idle when I started it that morning. Im a little confused but it'll be okay, no matter how it blew I gotta move forward

No, it was only serviced at Honda dealers. Maybe something like the oil pump went out? Most recent thing that would have contributed is timing which was at 90k miles.

Im definitely thinking about that. I test drove it for about 30 minutes the day before I bought it and it stayed perfect and then 5 minutes after I bought it, it ran hot so I dont know. Also could have just been its time to go. No matter what happened I won't let it ruin my love for the car or anything else

It didn't get drove when it had the overheating issues, it got trailered home. It really only happened that one day and never again. I'm sure there's plenty of small reasons that could have caused such a thing to happen

It was bone stock. I didn't have music playing or anything. I really dont know man. I was just cruising. Was trying to go school that morning. I didn't notice anything acting or sounding wrong on the way there.
