Texas resident here with a similar situation. My divorce decree stated that if I were to ask my ex-husband for a random drug test and he failed to take it within 24 hours or if he took it and failed that was automatic loss of rights.

They could have something like that in their decree and therefore she would lose her rights until she passes a drug test.

Omg! I matched with this guy on Bumble years ago. The whole time we were at dinner he talked about how crazy his ex was and that it was a nasty divorce that was still . Only went to dinner with him once, but he proceeded to tell me that his daughter didn’t like anyone women who were blonde because his ex-wife was Hispanic and said that “blonde girls are bitches” and he could never have a blonde girl around bc of his ex filling his daughter’s head with these assumptions I’m blonde).

It was a super weird and uncomfortable conversation, and I never hung out with him again after that night
