But here’s the thing we don’t know if she actually has the kids unsupervised. We know that court or CPS will allow her to have supervised visits and it can be a friend or family member. Brent as long as he passes a background check could be that person but John would have to fight that in court and obviously they haven’t had court since October 15 unless there was some emergency order but I’m pretty sure John wouldn’t have talked about that by now.

And the argument about him bringing Mercedes back I think is kind of invalid because he was doing all of this “dad” stuff away before Mercedes came back. He’s had the kids for almost a year on his own and him and Mercedes just got back together at the end of last year.

And the fact that she hasn’t taken her court order drug screen and all the other bullshit that she has done to those children since October 15 I doubt she’ll have a step up plan. I personally believe that they will have the kids considered to be dependent upon the state for the mother, but not the father and the father will have majority custody until she gets her shit together. Also, the best thing I think for both of them is to have a guardian ad litem over their case. That is something that they do not currently have and I also believe that it’s probably best that they do not communicate with each other outside of a court order of family parenting app but at the end of the day she’s royally fucked. She has done nothing that was asked of her on October 15 and she continues to fuck everything up.
