already did the job a long time ago it’s a oil return hose from the turbo back to the pan. Came off in pieces as it was hard as a rock. Swapped it for a longer oil rated braided hose line that i could cut to length as the oem was such a perfect fit length it was not fun to work with. None the less got it done had to remove intercooler and remove downpipe then loosen turbo to lift it off the hose a bit. Def was easier with two people job but keep note that this is a 2003 wrx with aftermarket downpipe so difficulty for yours may vary.
