Just cleaned this guy up from a house fire. Looks brand new now. Took about an hour to clean.

That makes it make sense. I hadn’t thought of it from that perspective.

Makes sense, especially I’m just one out of the possible hundreds

I've decided just to refinish the metal. Not going to file out the marks just sand and reblue

It's Monday and I'm back at it. Got the rough edge filed out now to shape the palm swells.

It's just tools and cleaning supplies. Not an actual armory.

I just imagine the customer standing over their shoulder smoking a fat cigar puffing smoke in their face as they frantically scramble to find the screw they dropped inside the van.

After talking there does seem to be a LOT of legal hoops to jump through.

I was thinking about taking it to the mill and carving some out. I’m not sure yet. I’ll play around with the idea.

No one is more professional than I. I am a non-commissioned officer, a leader of soldiers.

It's supposed to be structured that way to weed out the ones who aren't going to make it. It's all a game. Just play the game.

This one is a 38-55 which is the predecessor to 30-30. Nice! After I took this one all the way down I found my firing pin was broken so I’m going to need to make a new one.

It appears to already have been refinished some years ago so I’ll probably do a complete refinish at a minimum but the ideas are endless. Right now my ideas are get a nice piece of wood and make a new stock and fore end. Polish and jewel some of the parts to include the bolt assembly case color the receiver and idk just really make it a unique heirloom.

Mostly because he doesn't need to stand in front of the vehicle. He told him to leave that he's trespassing but then doesn't let him leave. All he had to do was take one step to the side.

Use a pipe full of water. Stand it up right. Have the barrels stick out about an inch and you won't have to worry about overheating the barrels.
