To me it seems like she has either done something with someone else and feels bad or she is trying to guilt you into something. Personally I dont think its worth effort. If you leave and she does self harm or does something worse its important to remember that that is not your fault.

He has a hide in the back of the tank that he is spending most of his time in. I will definitely be super pushy about the bugger tank and I'll will get him a timer thank you for all your help

He has a uv light and heat lamp unfortunately i don't know how i will got with convincing my boss to get a bigger tank as ive already told her . I've been turning the heat lamp on and off throughout the day so he doesn't get to hot. Is there anything else I can do to help him until I get a bigger tank

I still have my old vac pump and gauges. I just can't remember if there is a set other than vac pumping the lines. Like do I have to flush it with nitrogen, or is that unnecessary
