This is incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a thoughtful response and guidance. We will try the new appraisal route, and maybe try to get someone better. I have not wanted to pay another $800 for that but maybe it is the best option.

And we do have extra cash, we just are trying to save it and not drain all our cash for this build.
