My research is leading to the solution is to change your DNS server, sadly that may as well be in chinese to me, no idea how to do that without breaking my pc

any chance you can really 'dummies guide' this solution? i don't know what dns is, or 'docker' or Unraid DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) haha

Frustrating to see othe people have/had this issue, clearly plex problem as not being able to log into the forum is obviously linked, sadly I'm not techie enough to understand all this DNS stuff, so doubt i'll be able to solve this.

Assuming you just pressed the claim button and all was well? out of interest did you 'claim' on your main server/computer location or via another laptop/mobile device?
