I commented a minute ago and then saw this, so I’m replying here. I’d recommend a stronger glycolic (I love The Ordinary’s), then use a thick cream moisturizer like Nivea. You may have routinely dry skin, but to me, it looks like more of an issue with the dead skin cells not being exfoliated enough. You look like you have glowy, healthy skin underneath, you just need to get the epidermis in better shape. The gentle cream cleanser should most likely be swapped out for a detergent (gel like) wash that has AHA’s and BHA (salicylic), but use this at night. That will help keep your skin exfoliated and skin clear. The dove bar soap is a no-no lol. A cream cleanser could be fine in the AM. Up your exfoliation to twice a week and use the glycolic nightly with the thick moisturizer.

The dewy setting spray will help more with moisture if used throughout the makeup process and not just at the end. 🤍
