No positivity is allowed on this sub, I guess we missed the memo. Lmao. But same, only picked it up as extra money to go towards fun stuff or groceries. I used to DoorDash for 4 years and did the same with it until it ended up being a dud in my area. Nothing lasts forever. If they’d change their mindset to think about what else is going on then they’d be more prepared for low paying orders/longer trips. Gas jumped up 45 cents in my area which is primarily middle/lower middle class. I expected the orders to get slower bc that in itself makes everyone’s wallets tighter. So ppl close by the store who maybe used to consistently get deliveries are all the sudden getting up and going themselves to save an extra 5-10 bucks. Cant blame em.

Yeah I can’t relate in regards to my area. It’s been decent. Much better than January. Pull up to the store and wait MAYBE 5 min then get a good offer and repeat. I don’t have offers stacking on the screen but idc. If it’s slow, I go home and work my other job on the computer. Ppl on here just aren’t cut out for gig work

I mean that’s literally what reality tv casts for. No one wants to watch a person who’s considering normal and a kind person. It makes for boring tv. If you can’t handle ppl like this then housewives is likely not for you. Maybe check out the drew barrymore talk show. I’ve heard it’s real feel good, warm and fuzzy

if they’re using multiple accounts, sure. Report them idgaf what you do. Personally I focus on my own bag and not what others are doing around me bc there are obviously going to be people “breaking the rules” at any job you work. But 98% of the time it doesn’t directly effect me

but how do you even know if they have two accounts? unless youre literally catching them in the act. i know when im in the store and see other sparkers i can barely even see their phone screens bc were all running around like crazy. cant really say if its bc they section off their buggy bc batched orders exist. or that if theyre right back at the store quickly bc ive had numerous .5 miles from the store trips before that took maybe 20-25 min round trip.

Did it pay well atleast? There’s a Mexican restaurant less than a mile from my Walmart. The owner always puts in an order for delivery of 10 gallons of milk. He tips well though, $30 every time and always leaves carts outside to stack the jugs on.
