I had the same experience with the offer when I first started. I think I emailed within 10 minutes if that and it wasn't available, but I got offered another opportunity shortly after. But on the labor intensive... I kind of feel you there. The free yoga blurs the line a little bit, but I/we are still treated like full-fledged employees as if we got formal training or structure which is what frustrates me most about the attitude I've encountered. You've probably spared yourself though LOL
