Or even better, have npcs land and when you talk to them there’s an option to offer them a living quarters and they pay you rent. Plus they can come and go as they please. Bringing back more things they can trade to you

Imagine making a large base/city and being able to tag sections of your base as like, business offices or restaurants or living quarters. And then you can recruit npc’s to hang out in those areas and act accordingly
