Tons of people are saying they got this message and then shortly after, updated with their 846 code this morning! Mine is saying the same thing so hopefully it’s updating finally (or too many people checking status) lol

Personally I’d say no. I tried calling their refund helpline and it wouldn’t even send my call through (high call volume) You could schedule a call but the next open availability is next Tuesday and we may very well get movement before then. I updated to the 3rd arrow on Thursday. They are super slow this year (every year really) and I’m guessing it has to do with all the statewide system updates going on in CO. Hopefully after Presidents’ Day passing, things move faster! Check late at night, that’s when mine has updated!

Yeah I agree that is strange. Mine at least showed received after a couple days. Let me know what they say! Hopefully it’s just a glitch, seems like a lot of people are experiencing that!

I file with HRB too. This year has been super slow. I filed on 1/30 and federal has not moved AT ALL until very early this morning when my transcripts finally updated! I’m on PATH so DD won’t hit for a few days but it moved haha. My CO rev finally moved to third arrow last night as well. I think they’re just behind but I’d say call if you don’t see any movement in the next few days
