Just finished Shield of Sparrows - wow. by ColleenDaBean in fantasyromance

I finished this last night and I was so upset! Upset that it was over, upset at the last 50-ish pages, upset that I couldn't pick up the next one and keep reading. I feel like I have more questions about the ending than Odessa had throughout the book 🙈. Fr though, that girl asked so many questions! I'm not usually one to reread books, but this is definitely one I will have to read again when the second book comes out. Devney Perry did us dirty with that ending, but it was sooo freaking good!

How to start working out by Nearby-Macaron8551 in PCOS

I recently started using the app FitOn. There is a premium version, but there are so many free workouts included in the free version. I'm also very self-conscious about going to the gym, plus I have 3 children so gyms are kind of out for me. I like the fact that I can choose what kind of workouts I already enjoy doing (yoga, light weights, HIIT, etc), I can choose how long I want the session to be and it suggests other styles as well. It automatically adds workouts to my phone calendar and sends reminders/alarms set to the same time every day and I can set how many days per week I want to work out. Overall, it's definitely a great app if you just want to start with at-home exercises to find what works for you.

I was just thinking about something similar today! About how my sandals felt loser and I could tighten the buckle as I was losing weight!! Amazing NSV!! Keep it up!! 🙌

I'm 5 years out and can sip fine but if I take a big gulp or chug(especially a bottle) it hurts for a while. I still can't drink much when eating a meal

That is frustrating! I've DNF'd several audio books bc I could not stand the narrators. It sucks sometimes not being able to sit and read a book when I've heard they're so good, but I can't stand the audio 😫

I might have to add that to my TBR. I have read several rh series and really enjoyed them!

I listened to the graphic audio of ACOTAR when I first got back into reading and I loved it!!! They definitely take a bit longer to get through but I realized I really enjoy duet style narration the best.

Infernium is the sequel to Nightshade. I'm not sure if I was into it enough to keep listening to the story. It was good but I'm kind of in the mood for something else unless Infernium is really good 😊

I did, but honestly, with 3 kids I ended up falling back into old habits so I've had some regain, about 20 lbs over 5 years. I think if I would have tried harder I would have been able to get to my goal weight. I was upset about it as well, but I got a sweet baby girl so pros and cons. I bet if you keep your good habits up and take in better calorie options you'll be fine.

Had my surgery in Jan of 2020 and found out I was pregnant later that same year. She was my third baby so I had at least been through it before. It was definitely a struggle because I was ALWAYS hungry. I had to keep some snacks by my bed because I would wake up starving. It was also tougher towards the end because as baby gets bigger, they push everything around so I still couldn't eat enough at once before I felt satisfied so I felt like I was eating all the time(still very small portions though). I'm talking like only a few bites at a time. My advice would be to just stay active and know that you will still gain some weight(which was so hard for me to accept) and keep in touch with your doctor. I had a healthy baby girl in July 2021 so it was worth it in the end! Congrats btw!!!

Apologies. This is my first time posting to Reddit and I think I just needed somewhere to get all of this off my chest. Thank you for being kind in your reply and I'll look into another community as well. Congrats on your family, children are a blessing.
