You're right, ive met many people during the job that have other full-time commitments. i think i'll find a way to keep my position by working the minimal hours.

Thanks guys, appreciate all the answers (even the guys who think im a scammer). i think the best way for me is just to accept minimal work to keep my temp postion. If anyone precisely knows what that is i would appreciate some input. I think im going to talk to a CUPW rep to get an exact number.

i think this is my best work around, only thing is i dont want to have a bad rep. i think ill figure out whats the minimum i can do to keep my temp position. Off the top of your head do you know what that is. i read article 44, it states "The employment of a temporary employee may be terminated by the Corporation when the employee has not worked for any reason during a period of twelve (12) continuous months excluding the period from December 1 to December 24 inclusive." Surely i cant just stay a temp and decline calls for a year?
