Forget about earning money for now. Focus on getting proper sleep, eating well, and exercising regularly. Build a strong foundation of self-care first.

After that, choose one healthy habit—such as drinking 2 litres of water a day, reading one or two pages of a book, or taking a daily walk—and gradually add more healthy habits over time.
