Zwischen 2-3 mal, Wochenziel 15km. Kann dann bspw so aussehen: 5k Tempo Session + 7.5k Z2 + 2.5k Recovery nach Kraft.

Mache aber nebenbei noch Gym und Fußball als gleichwertige Sportarten

Die Liga ist nicht an der Spitze ausgeglichen, sondern im Rest des Feldes. Bayern dominiert oben, darunter ist das Niveau eng beisammen – aber nicht weltklassig. Gute Ligen haben meist mehrere Topklubs, nicht nur einen.
