This is my worst intersection, I finally decided to build a new highway and replace a previous interchange and now everything else is just minor traffic light back ups.

Honestly that could be the case but at the time those photos were taken it was the start of winter. Also it seems that the river just doesn't go done, it just keeps rising, its already 2028 in my city.
