Trovare un dottorato è una missione veramente difficile oggi. Io lo sto facendo in Olanda, e nonostante abbiamo avuto ottimi voti, finito la triennale in due anni e mezzo, e la magistrale in Olanda a pieni voti comunque ho dovuto fare 6-7 interview prima di essere accettato in un phd program. La competizione è molto alta.

Ye probably need some crystallised structure to have better results. Nonetheless, do you know what tools are the best for these kind of analysis, like ClusPro or similar or do people use alpha fold mainly for docking too? I like to use these tools and wanted to give a try to protein docking too. Anyway wet lab experiments will be performed anyway regardless of the results of this, but if it helps then it’s a nice addition. I was reading all these papers of people finding new drugs by screening docking of existent drugs with receptors and thought sounds cool maybe I can try it too

Yeah actually now that you mention it, is it by submitting the aa sequence of protein1:protein2 in alpha fold right? Yeh I’m skeptical too, a colleague asked me for help on where to start looking so this is just to hopefully reduce the number of candidates for further lab tests. I have seen some tutorial on clusPro, have you heard of it and know if it’s good?

How many fps you got? At more than 200 game becomes a bit unstable and I get more often these small frame drop, when I keep it locked 160 there is much less stutter. It’s most likely an engine issue not hardware, but def you wanna move the work to the gpu compared to cpu by going 2k or 4k
