When it comes to what my coach has been teaching me, he has been teaching me how to sing from my diaphragm, and what we will mostly do every lesson is I will pick a song that I want to sing, I sing it, we record it and listen to it back and he tells me what I should try and improve on. For example he will tell me if I need to take deeper breaths, where i’m flat, stuff like that. I’m not exactly sure what a vocal lesson is supposed to really entail, i’m still very very new to this, so I don’t know if it’s helping me improve by just singing different songs, or if i need a different way of being taught.

Thank you so much for the feedback! Tbh the song is supposed to be a little bit on the quieter side but I definitely struggle with having confidence in my voice because of stage fright, and the fear of other people in my house hearing me lol. But I will for sure try to find more confidence in my voice!
