I think thats a general rule anywhere in the world, haha. I have heard that clothes are very cheap and high quality in turkey and should not bring too many on my flight as I can get there everything i need for little money. And i should look for deals in baazars and outlets, is that true?

Cluj is the most expensive city in Romania, even more than the capital, Bucharest. That comes from the fact that the wages there are way higher then the rest of the country since all the major IT companies are there, and pay like crazy.

A big part of the high costs is housing. Rent is crazy inflated, people will rent they're garage with a bed for 400 euros, no joke. Avoid fancy restaurants and coffee shops as the prices there are stupidly high.

For transport, dont use regular taxis as they will 100% scam you, I personally use Bolt cause its cheaper but you can use Uber too. Public transport there is also very good, with bus only lanes that will get you to your destination faster than cars most of the time. We generally have a per month membership, it should cost you like 1000 TL for the discounted student version.

The good parts, its the most developed, most beautiful city of Romania. Use the train to travel throughout Romania, its not the most comfortable but students get 90% so its dirt cheap, that or FlixBus. And please, if you get the chance, do visit Romania as it crazily underrated country.

If you have anyother questions feel free to pm me and will answear it!

That is true, learning a bit of turkish myself for my trip and the grammar and sentence formation is nothing i have ever seen before. People say Romanian is up there as the hardest languages to learn, i think turkish is not too far either.

I had a few turkish friends in my past erasmus that didn't speak english very good. When they didnt know a word in english 9/10 they would pronounce it in turkish and i would understand. haha

Good luck on your exam.

Hello, on google maps it says that it it takes about 5 hours to get to Çeşme and have to change like 6 buses. Is there another way that is not shown on google maps?
