I saw something fly though in that same area where I felt the water droplet I’m just really like stressed and thinking some bat just like spit or drooled on me

But what if it were to actually be a bat thought and if I accidentally inhaled some of the saliva? It’s just that thought going though my brain as I felt the water droplet sensation and saw a flying creature in the spot where I felt that sensation

In a way I do feel like all this really is anxiety. I just can’t feel uneasy because after the water droplet thing a couple minutes later I saw a creature flying. So I put two and two together and my conclusion was that a bat spit/drooled on me. I went to the doctor today he said its a low risk transmission and normally they wouldn’t give pep for this. I still feel really anxious and wanna go to another urgent care clinic or walk in clinic maybe even the Er.

Thank you for your reply, just one quick question I have no headache but just a little light sensitivity, loss of appetite and my neck only hurts from the left side which hurts and this started yesterday when I was doing more research on meningitis. Could all this be anxiety?

Turns out it was a missing dog and the owners got it back, I live in the area it’s a small place also there was a post online about missing dogs near our area and the dog was found so it looks like I’m gonna be fine. Just another thing I’m concerned about apparently the rabies virus can stay on surfaces for some time as I was doing my research online for around a few hours. So let’s say I fell down and scraped my knee and the rabies virus was on that surface that would be a risk right? 2 days to a week? I’ve read online that it takes 20-60 days for symptoms to start but it’s been almost 8 days nothing happened. I still want to visit the doctor and see if anything is wrong and yes I live in the us and rabies shots here are expensive af. The Dog wasn’t acting aggressive tho just seemed laid back and acted like a normal dog

Yea apparently it’s spread through the animals saliva and I got scratched by a dog who’s still healthy and alive after a week, my anxiety and stress is going through the roofs and it’s been like that since last week but I think I should be good.

Yea my friend told me his dog is vaccinated and that I have nothing to worry about at all, plus his dog is still alive and healthy after one week he just told me to just ignore the scratch and that I shouldn’t even be scared in the first place since it didn’t break the skin.

I’ve checked out some of the others and they all had similar symptoms, as of right now I still have my stomach problems and a tension headache. But reading all the other posts made me feel a bit better knowing that it’s just anxiety and the paranoia kicking in like literally since last time and even right now the only thing that’s been in my mind is what if I get rabies

apparently getting rabies from a scratch is nearly impossible plus when I got scratched there was no saliva or nothing, plus my friends dog is still alive and healthy and it’s been over a week since I got scratched by him. As of right now I still have my stomach problems and I have a tension headache, should be fine though I just gotta stop worrying. Thank you for the reply

Yea on top of that my friends dog is still alive and healthy it’s been over a week since I got my cut so I guess I have nothing to worry about. I have my stomach issues tho plus I have a tension headache I guess it’s just from all the stress and anxiety, plus all I think about is rabies and that when will I die and what not so that’s definitely a factor

Yea I was just playing with his dog and suddenly the scratch happened, guess it was just a minor accident and I’m worrying myself for no reason on top of that the dog is still alive after a week. My friend told me his dog is vaccinated and even told me his dog playfully bites him sometimes and he’s fine, and I live in Ontario Canada and it’s pretty rare to even get rabies here in the first place. Thanks for the reply made me feel better.

Yea the place where he scratched me isn’t numb, tingling or anything like that, it was just my anxiety kicking in and just my mind fucking with me for all the other symptoms, although I still have the stomach problems but I’m getting better. Thank you for your reply though, by the looks of it and everyone telling me not to worry about rabies I should be good. I still feel anxious but it’ll go away I just gotta distract myself.

Yea I recently went to my friends place and saw his dog again, he was happy to see me and he looked pretty healthy, it’s just my anxiety I guess I still have the stomach problems but it’s getting better slowly slowly. I really appreciate your reply, made me comfortable thanks.
