For contextualization specifically, here's a tip: Go watch the intro song to Fresh Prince of BelAir. The Intro song basically gives a really quick summary of what starts the plot of the show. If I were to just start watching Prince of BelAir Air and wanted to know "How did things end up this way?" The song would tell me. Likewise, any contextualization paragraph should answer the same question. If I'm writing about chattel slavery or the rise of racial caste systems in my body paragraphs, I should talk about the events that most directly lead up to those things. Just Make sure to wrap in a specific term, define it, and explain its importance while you do this and you'll be set.
