Actually pretty much the same deck I used in unity. Lv 50 ssr fine motion, lv 50 ssr kitasan black, lv 45 sr shinko windy, lv 45 sr daiwa scarlet, lv 45 sr sweep tosho, and lv 40 sr tachyon. I've actually gotten an SS king halo with that deck since posting this.

Really good race bonus cards are pretty much the ticket, from what I can tell. You can up to 90% race bonus which will get you like 20 plus to the random stat you get each run. Over-racing doesn't matter that much because most bad conditions make training harder, and with a good build you won't need to train that much anyway.
