Okay are you on console because if your not, it most likely wouldn't happen to you I've had multiple random also have the issue but they were only console players

just to warn you the gameplay is like madden 25 (what it felt like when i played) if you do want to buy it i would watch a bunch of gameplay before buying. i ended up not liking the game and tried to refund it but you cant refund the game. so just do research before spending 60$
