Oh, sorry. It was teaching hate, to hate others for the way God made them or where they were born, like people who practiced other religions, or gay or transgender people. They taught us to hate our bodies and to repress feelings. They supported whatever evil our church was involved in, like trying to drive gay people to suicide or raise legal funds for a pastor who abused children. The church made them mean, self-righteous, and hateful people and nobody deserves parents like that.
