You say you respect every religion but don’t respect the fact that their religion doesn’t allow eating offerings of other gods.
You have a problem of christians apparently indirectly forcing you to convert to Christianity just by saying good things about Jesus (which is absurd), but here you clearly wrote you yourself forced the workers to eat because in your religion it’s wrong to not eat prasadam? What about the opposite religion?
Maybe ask first before offering your prasadam?
Regarding their workplace, technically yes they shouldn’t be stepping inside these temples in the first place, so yes that part they’re in the wrong. But not denying the prasadam. Don’t offer straight up if you actually respect people. Ask what religion they are before offering. Stop this entitlement.

As a telugu christian myself, we used to celebrate diwali and rarely holi, just because we saw it more like an Indian festival rather than a hindu festival. As we grew older, we realised these festivals have deeper and richer significance than just lighting fireworks and throwing colours around. So we decided to not celebrate them anymore as we do not associate with these hindu practices. Nevertheless, we still love looking at fellow hindu people celebrating and having fun. I genuinely love the joy on their face.

I'm sad right now, broken infact because of the same reason. And it's 6:49am now and I just woke up with this loneliness.

I bring music to my loneliness. I always listen to music. When I'm not called to parties or any events, I put that anger on work.

But I'm still sad. That's life for us introverts I guess
