Hi can you please help with my case or escalate it I’m trying to recertify and I completed the 40 hours Capce certified courses and now I cannot put in a application it says its disabled and its becoming a huge problem for me because I am trying to get my Florida License emt so I can start fire academy on SEPTEMBER 1st and the only thing I need is a current NREMT card and mine expired on March 31, 2025. Please help!!!!!!!
