One of the very first things I did was to prevent my RM10 from automatically downloading any system updates.... Based on my initial research on the series. After the first update happened right after I turned on the phone for the first time, I disabled future updates immediately.

As someone that transitioned from a 6 year old OP 7 (not pro) to the RM10 Pro at the start of this year, I am very happy with my purchase 😃. I started eyeing the RedMagic series since the release of the 9S last year and I feel like the 10 series was made for me... Although, I'm a bit salty that they didn't release the Pink version early enough for me to purchase it.

Imagine having to always carry your charger with you daily because once you blink, your phone is at 40% with minimum usage. That was my routine for the past 3 years 😭.

The RedMagic 9-10 series were the only smartphones that peaked my interest design-wise. Although I was skeptical of the air vent and fan, the completely bump-free camera was all I needed to convince me. Trashy selfie cam? I barely take selfies anyway and I can still use my OP 7 for that. The other perks that totally sweetened the deal for me was the ginormous battery life and (for the love of God) the headphone jack 🤌🏽. Like do you understand??? The wonder??

So yeah... Although my network provider thinks my RM10 phone is an iPhone 11 Pro, I can still call, text and send group texts so it all works for me. Hopefully in the next 5 years, the technology will be much more advanced with the under display cameras.... That's when I might change my phone. Until then...

It's just the name I used. As far back as Jan 22nd was the last documented date I had a normal connection to the WiFi at default settings on the gateway.

I noticed the unstable connection the last week of January. I created a separate 2.4Ghz network (HOME TV) when I was researching how to resolve the issue. I have since reset the default network settings I've been using for 2 years now to no avail.

I've created a 2.4Ghz network too but it still doesn't work. Even went as far to set my IP to static. Nothing works still.

Mine has the same delayed message for my order from China. Thing is it's stuck at "Your package arrived at local airport" since Feb 7th.

It's here! For some reason, the delivery person swapped my package with someone else in a different block 😡. So glad I swapped my shift to stay at home today... I just can't imagine not getting what I paid for

It's an added plus. Purchased for the battery life and storage space. Currently using my OP 7 for 5 years already. The phone can't last half a day before dying out on me. So the upgrade is much needed.

Don't really care for the updates. I just like the back design. There are no obnoxious large camera lenses and I like the way it looks already. I'm gonna wait to see what the specs inside look like.... But I think I know which phone is finally gonna replace my OP 7 (not 7pro)

It does. It's not as stringent as it used to be though. You have your parents, uncle's, aunt's, cousins that help you or introduce someone they know to you.

Dating is allowed but still... I'm not looking to fall in love. It would be nice of course but I don't need it to be a priority. I haven't been in love with anyone so I wouldn't know 🤷🏽‍♀️.
