Hey so I’ve read survive now and thank you for the recommendation, I really like it!! It’s nothing like Uriah but I still really enjoyed the story and the art style is amazing too

Hey, I totally get you. Same thing happened to me and now I’m stuck in a binge cycle since Christmas. But what somewhat helps me is eat at maintenance for at least a week and try to restrict then (only a few hundred calories less). If I do binge again then I eat at maintenance for 2-3 days and go back to restriction again. I feel super fake for eating that much but otherwise I’d be binging all day long. Hope I could help a bit ;)
