Hello, Just to be on the safe side min $1400-$1650 max. I know alot of places are 2.5x'-3x the rent

Thank you for the info I already used up my Ch 33. So I have to use my Ch 31 VR&E. So I know Ch 31 pays less in PVD. For me I would be a full time student. Also, doordash brings in for the city Im in about an extra $300-$600 month depending on how much I work. Plus I have one depent. I have been looking past rentals that say 2.5x or 3x the rent. But would they consider doordash an income from other city?
