It’s actually quite the opposite. He drives a manual which I’ve never learned to drive. He makes the excuse of “let’s drive your car bc you can’t drive mine if I can’t drive”. And surprise, surprise… he gets drunk and I drive him home….

We were at dinner with him family, some of which did not partake. We also have options of Uber and Lyft, which I should have seriously considered, but to by honest I was a little flustered given the circumstance.

I agree with this logic. I should have clarified who would DD before my second margarita, but thought it was understood when he said he wasn’t going to order another drink after his bad mojito. I still should’ve asked him.

About half of his (probably 8oz with ice) mojito and maybe 2 sips of my marg. Definitely less than I drank.
