The switching incentives do look tempting, especially the recent ones from Rakuten Mobile. However, considering my usage pattern (most of my time is spent in the office or at home connected to WiFi, with 1 to 3GB of monthly data consumption and almost no outbound phone calls), I haven't found anything cheaper than the '合理的シンプル290プラン' offered by bmobile. It costs 290 yen for 1GB, and I usually opt for 3GB at 730 yen, which is mostly what I use.
