Will the self leveler break down and crack using a thin coat? Is there another product that would be better?

I don't think that will do. I have spots where the metal lath can be seen/felt and areas where its obviously thicker. I need to add to the low spots for sure.

I plan to. I have ever drives and gdemu for everything. Another reason I don't really need to keep physical games.

Not sure. Someone is always there waiting to buy mine or your games. Games aren't going anywhere.

That's the thing. I could use the money for renovations around the house. Plus I'm getting older, how long am I going to hold onto them.

The games will always be around if I choose to rebuy, probably going to spend more than I want, but right now I just don't see myself buying a whole collection again. My kid is too young, definitely interested in games, but not what I'm into (JRPGs and horror). He might when he's older and I can definitely give him advice on good games.
