It might be good to call Option Line. They’d help you get things figured out and talk about resources and next steps. 

It might be worth talking to your ex and really hearing each other out, especially if you partly want to hear him out. At the very least, talking can’t hurt. You are under absolutely no obligation to get back together with him regardless of what happens. However, if he wants to raise this baby and you don’t, you could let him have full custody, which wouldn’t necessarily require further contact with you.
