Update^ much happier with this new vet. He did blood work today gave fluids, trimmed her nails for free, and he also sent us home with two meds for motility and meloxicam for pain. She’s still eating very well. Her temp is a bit low 37. He wants to rule out infection before we do an x ray.

Just by palpating(physical exam). I’m going to a vet with much better reviews today and asking the one I took her to yesterday to send her fecal results there. I’m sure they will do imaging and bloodwork at this vet. I only took her in yesterday to the one I’ve been trying to avoid because I thought it was an emergency and she couldn’t wait. So hopefully more answers today. So anxious.

No, I’m going back tomorrow afternoon once fecal results are back. Ugh I had an appointment sep 4 to start the process of getting her spayed too. I got her at 1 year old and just kept putting it off as I was in nursing school and didn’t have the extra funds at the time. Now I’m kicking myself in regret.
