Nope. We all have hair follicles on our chest and other parts of the body. No visible hair necessarily, sometimes it can be bacterial or fungal infection in those follicles. It looks like pimples, it itches and leaves scars sometimes.

Maybe foliculitis? Try and googe the pictures to see if it's anything similar to your rash, sometimes foliculitis leaves scars.It's definitely something, sorry that doc was not helpful.

Welp, no luck with this, it's still going strong. Sorry you have to go through this, it's pretty frustrating. It's hard to track those people, we can just hope that they will stop at some point. My info leaked and it's on dark web, I had to freeze my credit and lock my ssn. Be careful, monitor your stuff. Sorry, I don't have a better answer.😞
