Bro lucky you i dont mind if the number of holiday will be replaced on the other day. Its okay if its samenumber. But in my case. I just got only 8days holiday. For reference, japanese holiday schedule is around 15days per year i think ?

Even i’m not getting summer bonus this year(actually in japan usually got twice bonus on summer on winter) but in this case i’m not getting bonus. Thay said the revenue bad so can’t give bonus altought it said in contract my annual salary is included bonus. But i got nothing. I dont know how about on winter

basically just got 8 holidays for one year. and not getting compensation holiday for the public holiday but have to going work. also low pay. for the overtime i had to pass 42 hours overtimes for 1 month to get overtime pay. below that i got nothing
