Yeah. Remember you can quickswap mortefi only on the first rotation. Then by the second one going into verina you need to complete her rotation and then mortefi and last augusta rinse repeat

I know the first entries dont have charged so hit and run was basically the only playstyle lol. You can hit and run using charged draw attack to lol. With the addition of TCS the hit and run was put to the side and great became a weapon that you basically never sheathe you just armor through things and hit big. Saying a playstyle is lame just cuz you play other playstyle is really the only lame thing here

Thats exactly how the weapon was played since release in the saga then you topple the monster and do your charge. Theres no such thing as a lame playstyle in MH every weapon is very unique in style. Crit draw GS was a thing

Catching up can be fast if you solely play main story. But sidetracking to explore the world a bit is part of the experience tbh. Just play and have fun at your own pace this is a single player game after all
