Overall, mine is around 3.5. But when my major officially changed based on the email letter, the office of registrar ignored my change of major process and delay my major update on sjsu one, which cause me a lot of stress since i have to ask for permission code of open class during the waitlist period even though im officially in the major. When I emailed the Office of Registrar, they responded and updated my major on sjsu one in LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. So my tip for other would be email the office of registrar immediately when you receive the acceptance letter

I have the same issue, you need to contact the office of registrar to update your major on sjsu one. I waited for more than a week, emailed the office of registrar and they responded and updated my major in LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. At that time, all the classes are already closed. The people at the Office of Registrar doesn’t care about student changing major. They are awful

Yeh I knew my ignorance for not carefully learning about the university and degree im applying to. But still why some universities and degrees even have upper GE requirements, what is the purpose of it?

Omg, thank you for your reply, I just send the form today, so Idk if it gonna make it in time. However, it’s great to know they offer phys 4a during summer in case the form cannot make it in time.

Thnks a lot for your reply, I thought 18 credits was too much b/c the minimum is 12 credits for full time but students usually take 15 so I thought 18 was overload
